NB: If Constitution class starships are considered to be Heavy Cruisers, as they are in the Star Fleet Technical Manual by Franz Joseph, then I am assuming that Miranda class starships are Light Cruisers because Destroyers have already been designated by the aforementioned publication and Miranda class starships are more versatile than Destroyers. (And I have always disliked the old Light Cruisers in Star Fleet Battles.)
