this columbine is a beautiful color to me and i have never seen one like this. Lemon yellow and soft orange peach. Makes me want sorbet.
Yes, it is beautiful, but difficult to photograph on a breezy day.
Columbine is also the name of a character in the Commedia dell’Arte, which naturally springs to my mind since it is the ancestor of the Punch & Judy puppet show tradition.
