Wednesday, May 6th, 2009I recall a line spoken by Ray Milland in one of my favorite motion pictures, The Lost Weekend (1945), in which he says something wistfully about “all the lilacs in Ohio.” The woman his character loved was from Toledo. At any rate, here are some of the lilacs in Ohio — more specifically at my parents’ house.
