‘Tis been far too long… Or not long enough, depending on your point of view. And yet, I’m not quite ready to post a real update. I’ve seen many movies both in and out of the cinema, and I’ve had misadventures, but I’m just now beginning to feel the urge to write again after an especially draining Xmas “season” (and I added the sarcastic punctuation marks because this has been one of the least festive Christmastimes I can recall).
Well, there was one worthwhile Christmas experience, but I’ll divulge the details in a near future post.
As for reviews, there are plenty I could write, but I’m still not in the mood. What? Do I need inspiration just to write a lousy two or three paragraphs about a movie? Yes. Yes, I do. And since no one is paying me to write them, the Muse will set the schedule and that is that.
Other non-news… Let’s see… I didn’t attend the convention in Ann Arbor, and I haven’t looked into attending or running events at the Toledo convention (yet). I have also not come to a decision about whether to attend Origins this year or run events there. I failed to complete my novel for National Novel Writing Month in November. (November is a very bad month for such an activity.) Och, there is so much non-news, I think I’ll quit whilst I’m behind and wait for actual news to happen.
