I haven't been straying from my usual haunts lately.

Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary, Eleventh Edition will be released on the 1st of July, the month of my birth, and I will buy it. I buy every new edition of that dictionary. And yes, I find it much more exciting than the latest hypemongering Harry Potter book. :-P
At the Cinema
It has been too many weeks since I last went to the cinema, but I did see a few videos of interest, including Nosferatu (the silent movie classic), Shadow of the Vampire (based on an idea that Nosferatu had starred a vampire playing an actor playing a vampire), Godzilla versus SpaceGodzilla (a Godzilla movie from the 1990s), and Asoka (a two and a half hour Indian movie about the 3rd Century Indian Buddhist emperor for whom the movie is named).
On the Telly
The new season of Monk begins this Friday, the 20th of June. All I have to do is remember to record it.
